Spinning®
Orientation
(Instructor Certification)
The Spinning Instructor Orientation
provides the basic principles, skills and knowledge needed to begin your
training and earn your certification. The workshop covers a variety of
topics, including the Johnny G philosophy, bike set-up, heart rate
Energy Zone™ training, music selection, coaching, motivation and more.
