Welcome to Pilates at Shelburne Health
& Fitness! We're so excited about our new studio and the
incredible instructors we have here. Practiced faithfully, Pilates
yields numerous benefits including increased lung capacity, strength and
flexibility of the entire body, and coordination both muscular and
mental. Posture, balance and core strength are all heartily
increased. Bone density and joint health improve and many
experience positive body awareness for the first time. Pilates
teaches balance and control of the body and that capacity spills over
into other areas of one's life.
If you are brand
new to Pilates, you will begin with 3 introductory private lessons
before moving on to any group classes. These introductory privates
are offered at a reduced rate to get you started. Then choose whether
you would like to take group classes, semi-privates with a friend, or
privates and either sign up at the front desk for group classes, or with
an instructor directly if you want to take semi-privates or privates.

our Pilates Reformer classes are only $15/class for SH&F Members.
