Bill Newberg of New England Fitness Distributors - Bill, we met so long ago to discuss this dream of mine.  You were available any time I needed you and provided me with amazing customer service.  I truly appreciate your help in providing our members with an amazing selection of great quality equipment.  You were there from the planning stages (even calling me from the airport in Hawaii to return my very first call to you) right down to the installation and training afterward.  I consider you a friend and hope that we have a very long business association.  You and your guys rock!

Bonnie Schmidt from Coral Springs Software - Bonnie, you are amazing!  There was never any question about which software company we would go with, but along with John and Alex, you have really proven to me that we chose the right one.  All of you have been so quick to answer all of my questions and to help me put all these pieces together.  It has been a pleasure doing business with you and I look forward to a long association with you.

Tara, Zoltan, Peter & Tricia - What can I say?  I had a dream, but without you, I'm not sure it would have gotten off the ground.  Thank you for making dreams come true!

The SH&F investors - it goes without saying that without you, there would be no Shelburne Health & Fitness.  What an incredible roller coaster ride we rode as we tried to pull together the necessary support for this project.  I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for not only supporting this project and bringing to this community a health club that truly cares about its members, but also for allowing me to create the career of my dreams, surrounded by people who have become like family to me.

Elaine Lawrence of TD Banknorth - Elaine, thank you for all of your help with the financing and getting us set up.  You are incredibly professional and are a pleasure to do business with.

Neal Albert & Cherie Schrader of Shelburne Fine Woodworking - I knew you were the ones for the job!  Thank you for the countless hours you put into making this place look so good!  While others were enjoying their weekends you were hard at work.  You did an incredible job and your work will be appreciated by all who come to Shelburne Health & Fitness.

Ken Phillips of K.D. Phillips Construction - Ken, you've got a great heart and I so appreciate all the time you gave to me over the months while receiving so little in return.  Thank you for all you did and for your support of Shelburne Health & Fitness.

Mark Willis of M. R. Willis Construction for bringing back the lounge, and for making an effort to get the lockers in despite the fact that they arrived the day before Thanksgiving.

Kent Cummings - Kent knows how much I love painting (not!) and he saved us from having to paint the trim.  Kent does an incredibly professional job.  We would recommend him highly!  Call the club if you need his number!

Ideal Products, Inc. - I am so impressed at the awesome job and the great quality of our new lockers.  The people at Ideal Products, Inc. managed to get our locker order into the production schedule way before we thought they'd be able to.  It was a bit nerve-wracking to order lockers through the internet from a company I had never heard of, but this company outdid themselves.  The lockers turned out beautiful and will be a great addition to the club. 

Eric LaChance of Quick Cards - Eric, it still amazes me how you walked through our doors just when we needed you!  You did an excellent job on our nametags in an incredibly short period of time.  I would definitely put you up at the top of the list of companies that provided outstanding customer support (with New England Fitness Distributors of course).  Thank you for a job well done.  I suspect we'll be doing business together for a long time!  (Unfortunately, Quick Cards is no longer in business.)

Trish Kile - I knew when I saw the article in the Shelburne News about you and your art award that you belonged at Shelburne Health & Fitness.  Your artwork is outstanding and we were so honored to have it displayed on our walls.

Kristen & Mark Talley - You are the best kids a mom could ever even dream up.  Thank you for your support and for never letting me give up on this dream!

Sandi Canegallo - Without Sandi, I would have lost my mind.  Sandi volunteered countless hours doing whatever was needed to help prepare the club for our members.  Sandi was at SH&F whenever I needed her and she always brought with her an amazing spirit and a smile.  Sandi, I doubt you have any idea what your support has meant to me over these past couple of years.  You are the spirit of Shelburne Health & Fitness and we were so incredibly lucky to have you on our staff!

Heather Gibbs - I will never forget this Thanksgiving!  Heather, Sandi, and I spent over 12 hours together cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning, and then a little painting followed by more cleaning in preparation for our unofficial opening on Friday, November 25.  During that entire time, we took only 2 breaks.  One of them was to share a Thanksgiving meal (courtesy of T.G.I. Fridays) in our new lounge.  We, of course, toasted to "Health & Fitness in so many senses of the word".  Like Sandi, Heather comes to SH&F with an amazing spirit and a dedication so rarely seen.  Heather, your efforts have been noticed and are so much appreciated.  I am so grateful that our paths crossed and that you were a part of this amazing adventure.

Frank & Gayle - Thank you most of all for all the hours of listening to my dreams and my ideas, but also for your late night help getting furniture put together, and your invaluable help getting that gigantic truck unloaded!  The flowers are beautiful.  I feel so fortunate to have you both nearby and such a presence in my life.

Walter - You have been a ray of sunshine to me ever since I met you.  You are one of the kindest people I have ever met and being able to greet people like you at our door is one of the things that brings me great happiness.  Please keep on smiling - you brighten the world with your smile.  And thank you so much for the beautiful plant that is brightening up the lounge.

My friends in the Commercial Lending Department at TD Banknorth in Burlington, VT - Thank you for all of your support.  You became like family to me while I worked there this spring.  Thank you for your encouragement and friendship.  My time with you will not be forgotten!

Chris Graham - Chris, thank you for your unwaivering enthusiasm toward this project, your help with painting, and your guidance with the website.  You're a wonderful friend.
